India signs key pact with Philippines for supply of BrahMos Cruise Missile

Raymundo Elefante, the Defence Undersecretary and India’s Ambassador to the Philippines Shambu S. Kumaran have signed an implementing arrangement for the procurement of defence material and equipment. CURRENT AFFAIRS
